Aceasta optiune adauga un generator secundar intern cu 2 porturi de iesire aditionale pe panoul frontal, un combinator intern, switch-uri mecanice de semnal si bucle de acces pe panoul din spate. Optiunea 200, 219 si 080 sunt necesare.

Al doilea generator intern este acordabil independent si poate fi folosit sa asigure un stimul secundar pentru testarea distorsiunii de intermodulatie(IMD) pentru amplificatoare si pentru folosirea ca semnal oscilator local(LO) pentru testarea pierderii de conversie a mixerelor si a convertoarelor de frecventa. Creste viteza testului pentru masurarea mixerelor/convertoarelor de frecventa intermediara fixa(FI) si masuratorilor amplificatoarelor in regim de baleiaj in comparatie cu folosirea unei surse externe.

Combinator intern combina semnalele RF de la doua surse interne, simplificand configuratiile pentru masuratori cu 2 purtatoare.

Comutatoarele de cale mecanice si accesul la buclele de pe panoul din spate sunt plasate intre sursa si porturile de test sau iesirea 1 a sursei si furnizeaza cai alternante de semnal cu dispozitive de conditionare a semnalului sau instrumente externe care permit masuratori aditionale fara reconectarea dispozitivului testat la porturile de test.
